• Abstracts can be submitted to the trainees session that have been presented or submitted for publication, but this must be stated on the abstract submission as priority will be given to abstracts that have not previously been presented.
• Abstracts that have been published (or will be published by the date of the conference) can not be submitted.
• Abstracts accepted for presentation (either oral or poster) in the main BAPS congress can not be submitted.
• Presentation at the trainees session does not prevent abstracts being submitted elsewhere for presentation as this does not count as an international congress presentation.
